Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
Minnesota and Colorado
Approach
I am a psychotherapist in private practice with the ability to see clients in my Minneapolis office or online throughout Minnesota and Colorado. My competencies include anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, grief, career counseling and more.
I am trained in depth psychology and psychodynamic therapy, specifically through the work of Carl Jung and many who have continued his work. My education, training and experience with depth psychology is ongoing and a continuous source of growth, both personally and professionally. I am also trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and continue to train, study and hone my behavioral skills with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I am currently training to be a certified Neuroaffective Relational Model (NARM) therapist. NARM is an advanced clinical training for mental health professionals who work with complex trauma. NARM is a cutting-edge model for addressing attachment, relational and developmental trauma, by working with the attachment patterns that cause life-long psychobiological symptoms and interpersonal difficulties.
